Distributing Badges Helping Locals To Interact With Foreign Visitors

Welcoming visitors in your city and actively interacting with them. During the World Cup 2014, the people of Rio were distributed badges saying "Can I help you?" in many languages. Visitors could address them in their original language and ask for directions and tips. From people to people, this is the way you make foreign visitors feel good in your city. Welcome to Rio!
